DENSO STEELCOAT 100 ON ABOVE GROUND STEEL STRUCTURES

PROBLEM STATEMENT

Al Khaleej Sugar Refinery Maintenance team is having terrible Corrosion issues in their structural steel inside their water pumping Pit. These Steel structures are exposed to UV, Water spillage and always at elevated temperatures as they pumping hot water from the processing Unit. They were Painting every Six Months on the entire structural steel & on the heavily corroded structures they are changing in every two years.

SOLUTION PROVIDED

We proposed the Denso Steel coat System for the Long-Term Protection of columns. We performed a demo on 2 Structures and offered 5 years warranty on these structures. The customer will be evaluating the performance of our system for a period of 6 months.

CLIENT FEEDBACK

Mr. Shahid Raza, Technical Manager has conveyed that the Product & Support offered was completely satisfactory for him and will take this product to the management approval to have this system done on their 200Sqm of Steel Structures in the pumping Pit.
